Are you seeing the following error when using Firefox:

If so, it could be due to a feature which was added to Firefox in version 1.5.    The feature limits the time allowed for a script to run – the idea being that a rogue script will be terminated before it can affect the running of the browser.

However, you have the option of extending the allowed run time of a script using the following method:

1. In the firefox address bar – type about:config and press return.
2. Find : dom.max_script_run_time and then double click on the line to edit the timeout value
3. Hit OK, then restart Firefox

Just had a problem with a website which worked fine in IE, however when viewed in Firefox, some of the <A HREF> links weren’t working!

Turns out it was a problem with the z-axis.   One of the other elements on the page was appearing on top of the links and obscuring them.  By using  “z-index” I was able to re-order the elements, bringing the links to the surface again – and all worked fine again.
