Fix for 2008 DNS Server Stopping Intermittently
November 5th, 2009 adminWe’ve been having trouble with a 2008 DNS server recently. Certain DNS lookups begin to fail whereas others go through ok? Each time a restart of the DNS service fixes the problem.
I’ve just found this knowledgebase article which seems to be the exact problem we’re seeing:

We’ll I’ve applied the changes and restarted DNS – so lets see how it goes…
