Microsoft have released an SEO toolkit, designed to be integrated into the IIS7 manager.

The tool scans through a website running on IIS and produces site analysis reports giving extensive stats on such things as links, violations, content problems and performance issues.

It also has integrated Robots.txt generation and testing.
