Outsourcing Usability Testing – Free Sample at Whatusersdo.com

January 24th, 2010 admin

Just a quick post to recommend www.whatusersdo.com.   They’re a UK company providing website usability testing from £25.    Basically – you submit the site you want tested and then within 48 hours they upload a screen video with commentry of an impartial user talking about your site.

They currently have  a free sample session available for new customers (look for a link on their home page).

I’ve just tried it with Scotia Systems, and it has already provided some valuable insight into how someone unfamiliar with Scotia Systems would interpret the site.    I have to say they were pretty much spot on their analysis of who we are and what we do.
